Friday, five p.m. The whole team is wiped out. This week's targets are still far off, and no one wants to speak first. Then the conference room door swings open, and one person walks in. They haven't even sat down yet, but the air in the room has already shifted.
"Okay, what can we still get done today? I've got energy left. Let's do this together."
Someone lets out a small laugh. Another person thinks, "If they're here, we'll figure it out somehow." And that's exactly what happens. Two hours later, the targets are somehow met, and at the center of it all is one person who still has energy to spare.
This is the Expressive-Driven type. Once they catch fire, they don't stop, and they pull everyone around them into the blaze. They don't really know how to put their own fire out. But the world has moments when that fire is exactly what's needed. When no one is moving, when no one is sure, when someone has to step forward first. They're the first one on their feet.
